Hello guys,

If you are facing any problem upgrading to windows 10 or if you don't get any option to upgrade and other methods are failed to apply.

Then try my trick.

Solved :- 
Windows installation - Disk Read Error ( Disk not detected error )

step 1: Remove your all data from PC and backup to another disk.

step 2: Format all drives except "C:"(Previous windows installation directory)drive.!

step 3: Create boot-able device and shutdown PC.
            1.Use Power ISO
            2.Universal USB-Installer

step 4: Plug-In boot-able device and change boot sequence in BIOS mode.
            Set highest priority to the disk on which you have boot-able media

step 5: Boot windows installation disk..!

step 6: Select "Repair Windows".

step 7: Open Command Prompt and type below.

->"Diskpart"
->"list disk" (it will list down all disk connected)
->"select disk 0" (here 0 for disk ID showed above in list disk)
->"clean" (cleans all the partition and MBR on disk)

step 8: close that windows and after restart,Try installing Windows !!

Note :
1. if it till shows an error then set SATA mode to AHCI in BIOS settings.
2. for software take any versions.
